Our Origin
Our philosophy comes from Lived Experience.
More than forty years ago, our founder's family invested in a second home in Karjat — long before it became a destination for weekend living.
That home has been lived in continuously across every stage of life — as a child with parents, as a teenager and young adult with friends, later as a husband, and now as a parent and part of a multi-generational family.
Over decades, this experience shaped a deep understanding of what a second home truly needs to support.
